ABOUT THE PROGRAM

My 90-Day ‘Day in the Life Program’ draws from my personal experiences, addressing challenges I faced while playing hockey away from home. It offers deep insights and practical tools to navigate similar struggles. The program comprises 7 modules covering Routine, Goal Setting, feelings/Emotions, Mindful Breathing, Self-Sabotage, Energy Management, and Building Confidence/ Setting Boundries. I will be providing bi-weekly Zoom calls as well as 24 hour availability with myself . With genuine commitment, this program guarantees significant improvement in mental health over 3 months.
